Techies Day

The 17th Annual Techies Day took place on October 21st, 2015.

Techies Day is an event held each October to provide a vehicle for high school students to learn about technology careers and opportunities in Chester County and the surrounding region. Groups of Chester County high school students spend four (4) hours on-site, learning about dynamic Chester County organizations, the technology that drives those organizations, and the people that drive the technology.

267 Chester County students, plus their teachers, attended the 17th Annual Techies Day on October 21st 2015. Sponsored by ITAG, a Workforce Development Board Industry Partnership managed by the Chester County Economic Development Council, TechiesDay is co-chaired by CCIU’s Andrea Vaughn and the CCEDC’s Patti VanCleave.
